The new independent online journal Art & The Market: Caucasus & Beyond will concentrate on covering new art from new markets in the Caucasus, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), India and Asia. There will be three editions of the Journal each year. The geographic reach of the Journal will likely extend into the peripheral markets of Central and South East Asia, Turkey and Pakistan.
The Journal is tapping into the growing international interest in these markets as well as responding to a need to reflect on and record the ongoing shift of the art world Eastwards and Southwards of Europe and the United States.
